Admission for PGDM 2011-2013

XIME invites applications for its 17th batch PGDM Programme (2011-2013)

Eligibility: Candidates for XIME’s post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) are required to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply

They should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the programme until that time. They should have completed all their degree examinations before 18th June, 2011. Such candidates are required to provide proof of passing the degree examination with the minimum required marks, latest by 30th September, 2011

Obtain XIME application form and programme brochure: XIME application form and programme brochure may be obtained from XIME on payment of Rs 1000/- in cash or demand draft favouring XIME Bangalore payable at Bangalore

The application form can also be obtained from designated IMS learning centers or TIME centers

Alternatively, the application form can be downloaded from the XIME website www.xime.org

Downloaded form may be filled and sent along with the registration fee of Rs 1000/- in the form of a demand draft favouring XIME Bangalore

Issue of application form begins on 18th October, 2010

Registration for XIME admission: Applicants desirous of joining XIME need to obtain the prescribed application form and register for admission. They should have appeared for the XAT admission test conducted by XLRI

CAT or ATMA candidates are also considered. Applicants should indicate the XAT/ CAT/ ATMA score for the year in the application form (if score is received by then)

If score is not received at the time of filling in the application, a copy of the score card must be sent by email/post so as to reach XIME latest by 16th February, 2011 or within a week from the announcement of result of these tests. Otherwise the application will not be considered

Criteria for judging suitability of candidates for admission to the PGDM programme: academic record; XAT/CAT/ATMA score; performance in group discussion; performance in personal Interview; work experience, if any

XIME centres for group discussion and personnel interview: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi

Last date for issue of application from XIME: 12th February, 2011

Last date for receipt of duly filled-in application at XIME: 16th February, 2011

Group discussion/interview at the 4 centres: Between 21st February, 2011 to 09th March, 2011

Last date for payment of 1st installment of fees: 19th March, 2011

Last date for payment of 2nd installment of fees: 19th April, 2011

PGDM batch 17 classes will commence on: 20th June, 2011
