American Sentinel University, an accredited university specializing in degrees concentrated in high growth sectors, will participate in the annual conference of the Distance Education and Training Council.
“Active participation in the Distance Education and Training Council has made American Sentinel University a better institution and yielded significant benefit for our students,†said Mary Adams, President of American Sentinel University and Chair of DETC’s research and education standards committee.
At the conference, DETC will honor two outstanding American Sentinel graduates: Anne-Marie Broodryk, now a Global Industry Technical Consultant with Rockwell Automation, and Victoria Brown, a Senior Consultant with SAP.
In addition to serving the conventional higher education markets, the university focuses on the unique human capital needs of fast growth organizations in health care, bio-informatics, nanotechnology, and digital entertainment. In the digital entertainment sector, the university has a partnership with Seattle-based Digipen Institute of Technology.
